Now I can run more than a few minutes without stopping AND have ran a full half marathon without stopping! I don't squeeze into XL anymore I proudly slip on my XS!! I have discovered a path in life that I absolutely love in personal training and now I don't feel unsatisfied at work anymore! I get to go to work and inspire and train others to improve their overall health and fitness everyday!

My health tanked this winter with THE flu, breakouts, boils, constipation and depression. My cortisol levels were through the roof, I had estrogen dominance and my thyroid was out of whack. With a 36% body fat, I was feeling fat, frumpy and frazzled.
WHAT I CAN DO NOW!
I cut out soy, gluten, dairy, alcohol, sugar and corn! I did higher intensity and shorter duration cardio plus lifted heavy! I now have 24% body fat and am addicted to eating clean - I'll never stop, it only gets better from here! I'm considering a show in the future, but thanks to your inspiration of turning back the aging clock I've got plenty of time.

I let my metabolism come to a screeching halt by NOT eating! My joints inflamed and that was my excuse for bring sedentary. I thought about exercising every moment but could never commit.

I'm shy, so I decided to get a trainer and that way I would go if someone was waiting for me. This transformation has taken a year of weight training three days per week with cardio every day and Pilates. I'm ecstatic!!

I could barely pass my army physical fitness test! One day I looked in the mirror and told myself it was time for a change!

I weight lift with a trainer 3 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week! I am now more than able to pass my physical fitness tests and when the Soldiers in my unit ask me how I did it, I simply say I eat clean and make sure I exercise regularly! I started making time for me again. I am currently halfway to goal!
