This delicious, vegan-friendly Sage & Walnut Pâté is a bonus #StrikeSugarChallenge recipe. This treat is sugar-free and so easy. Enjoy!
Prep Time: Soak nuts overnight.
Yield: 4 cups.


1 cup sundried tomatoes (soak these in water for an hour to soften, or use sundried tomatoes packed in oil. You will have to drain them in either case)
2 cups raw, unsalted walnuts soaked overnight
10 fresh sage leaves
2 tsp unrefined sea salt
2 tsp fresh ground black pepper



1.) Drain walnuts.
2.) Drain sundried tomatoes.
3.) Place in Vita-Mix or high speed blender.
4.) Add seasonings including fresh sage.
5.) Blend until smooth and uniform mixture results.
Store in airtight glass container in refrigerator.
