  • 1 whole-grain bagel
  • 4 Tbsp dilled yogurt cheese
  • 6 oz / 170 g lox or smoked salmon
  • 2 Tbsp / 30 ml capers


  1. Slice the bagel in two, and toast so it’s crispy on the outside but still moist on the inside. Spread dilled yogurt cheese evenly between two halves. Lay lox, or break up smoked salmon, atop the yogurt cheese. Set on two plates and garnish with capers.

Preparation for Dilled Yogurt Cheese

  1. Make yogurt cheese.
  2. Chop ½ to 1 bunch of fresh dill very fine. Mix into yogurt cheese.
  3. Add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
