Servings: 1 serving.
Prep Time: 10 min.

 

Ingredients:

2 oz. gin or whiskey
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 dashes bitters
1/4 cup ice
Sprig fresh rosemary

 

Preparation:

1.) Combine all ingredients but rosemary in a martini shaker.
2.) Shake and pour into glass.
3.) Place rosemary on a baking tray in a 350 F preheated oven or in the toaster for 1 minute until crispy OR smoke with a lighter until smoking but not ashed.
4.) Place smoked rosemary on top of in glass for a warm, smokey infusion.

Servings: 6-7 servings.
Prep Time: 5 min. + minimum 48 hours soaking time.

 

Ingredients:

2 oz. gin or whiskey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/8 cup dashes bitters
6 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/4 ice per serving

 

Preparation:

1.) Place rosemary on a baking tray in a 350 preheated oven or in the toaster for 1 minute until crispy OR smoke with a lighter until smoking but not ashed.
2.) Place all ingredients in airtight container in the fridge for 48 hours or up to one week.
3.) Strain through fine sieve.
4.) Pour liquor over ice and garnish with fresh rosemary.
