Servings: 6-7 servings.
Prep Time: 5 min. + minimum 48 hours soaking time.
Serve time: 5 min.

 

Ingredients:

13 ounces or 1 Mickey vodka
1/2 pound dried figs, quartered
1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1 vanilla bean, seeds removed
Fresh figs for garnish
1/4 cup ice per serving
 

Preparation:

1.) In an airtight container, combine the vodka, dried figs, fennel and vanilla; cover and refrigerate for 48 hours, if possible a week. Shake the container once daily.
2.) Strain the spice liquor before serving.
3.) Serve fig and vanilla vodka shaken or on the rocks. Shake with 1/4 cup milk for a creamy version!
4.) Garnish with a halved fresh fig for each serving.
