Yield: 1 Serving


5 oz Lean turkey breast, roasted and thinly sliced
2 Slices toasted Ezekiel bread
1 Small ripe tomato, sliced
1 Handful sprouts
2 Tbsp Clean Eating hummus
Sea salt and black pepper to taste


Toast 2 slices of Ezekiel bread. Spread each slice of toast with 1 tablespoon hummus. Place sprouts on top of one slice of bread. Top with sliced turkey breast. Place sliced tomato on turkey and season with black pepper and sea salt if desired. Cut into halves or quarters and serve.
