Servings: 5 servings.
Prep Time: 20 min.



4 cups milk (any type will do)
3 egg whites
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ground clove
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

To Serve:
Whiskey and/or cocoa



1.) Place ingredients in a blender and combine for 3 minutes.
2.) Pour contents into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat. Simmer for 15 mins until reduced by 1/4 -1/2 but be sure not to boil or burn! Whisk constantly.
3.) Place in the fridge or transfer to an airtight container until ready to serve.
4.) To serve: There are many ways to serve this holiday special, hot or on ice, mixed with a touch of cocoa or a splash of whiskey! The choice is yours! Enjoy!
