Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby spinach, lightly packed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup unsalted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Dressing:

  • 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp agave
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. To a salad bowl, add the spinach, broccoli florets, sliced strawberries, avocado, and macadamia nuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
