INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats (not quick or instant)

  • 1¼ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Dates, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Raw unsalted almonds chopped

  • ¼ cup Almond milk

  • 1-2 Tsp Maple syrup


  • 2 Tbsp Ground flaxseed


  • Pinch unrefined sea salt


  • PREPARATION:

    1. Place all ingredients except flaxseed and syrup in small sauce pan. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Cook until thick.
    2. Ladle into serving bowl, sprinkle with flaxseed and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve.
