DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp millet
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup dried bing cherries
  • ¼ cup natural protein powder
  • ¼ cup raw cashew pieces

WET INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup cashew nut butter
  • 1 tsp real vanilla
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In a small bowl, stir or whisk together the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix together until combined well. Using a #30 ice cream scoop (about the size of a large golf ball) or a soupspoon, scoop out equal sized balls of the mixture and place on a baking sheet misted with Eat-Clean cooking spray. The portions should look like domes the size of large golf balls. Bake in the oven 15 – 18 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. Remove and allow to cool before storing in an airtight container. Eat within one week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
