1 cup organic coffee or tea (or espresso), brewed
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp grass-fed butter
A few drops of pure vanilla (optional)
2-3 tbsp coconut milk (optional)



1.) Brew yourself a cup of organic coffee or tea. Whichever you prefer. I make espresso.
2.) Add 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tsp grass-fed butter. If you can’t find that kind of butter, just go with the coconut oil or find good quality ghee.
3.) Add a few drops of vanilla for flavor, if using. For added creaminess, add 2 to 3 tbsp coconut milk.
4.) Add some frothiness by blending in Vitamix or high-speed blender.
5.) Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy, sugar-free!
