Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 7-inch / 18 cm whole-grain wrap
  • 2 Tbls / 30 ml natural nut butter

Preparation

  1. Spread wrap with nut butter.
  2. Spread wrap with nut butter.
  3. Roll up and eat!

Tip: You can sprinkle some ground flaxseed over the nut butter before adding the banana to increase the nutritional content even more!
