1 cup protein powder (Sun Warrior)
1/2 cup tiger nut flour
2 cups large flake rolled oats (look for gluten free)
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup coarsely ground flax seed
1 tsp unrefined sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp each allspice, nutmeg, black pepper
1/4 cup apple butter
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp vanilla


1.) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2.) Prepare 13” x 9” baking sheet by lining with parchment paper.
3.) Combine protein powder, spelt flour, oats, oat bran, flax, sea salt, cinnamon and spices in large preparation bowl. Mix well.
4.) Combine apple butter, honey, applesauce and vanilla in another mixing bowl. Mix well.
5.) Combine wet and dry ingredients.
6.) Press mixture into prepared pan.
7.) Bake for 20 minutes.
8.) Remove from heat and let cool. Cut into squares.
