Ingredients:

1 whole egg
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 cup almond meal (finely ground raw, unsalted almonds)
1 tbsp flax seed
2 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Preparation:

1.) Combine eggs, almond meal, flax seed cinnamon in bowl of food processor.
2.) Process for 2 minutes.
3.) Using small non-stick pan – spray with EVOO spray or coconut oil and heat to medium.
