We have reached the digital era. Yes, that is old news. Paper books have been replaced by digital books and suddenly the lifting got easier. Every book you ever loved lives right inside your computer, including some of my favourites.

What I look for in an eBook isn’t necessarily the same as what I look for in a print version book. An eBook has to be inspirational, aspirational and educational. Usually I am travelling and need these kind of reads to help me continue to evolve and grow. I leave the gorgeous art and coffee table books at home.

Don’t forget to maintain your eye health while enjoying your eBooks by checking out f.lux! This free app adjusts the colour of your desktop, laptop or tablet screen to lessen the strain on your eyes and help you sleep better.

Here are a few of my favourite eBook reads:

Robin Sharma’s Little Black Book For Stunning Success

Sugar Blues by William Dufty

Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain by Dr. John Ratey

Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss MD

And now for something completely different, here are some books I love just for the joy of reading:

All of the Diana Gabaldon books but A Breath of Snow and Ashes is my favorite

Bridget Jones, Mad About the Boy by Helen Fielding

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho (love all of his books actually)

And when I want a bit of fashion fun, I love all the fashion books written by Nina Garcia:
The One Hundred: A Guide to the Stylish Pieces Every Woman Must Own

The Little Black Book of Style

Nina Garcia’s Look Book – A Guide to What to Wear for Every Occasion

The Style Strategy: A Less-Is-More Approach to Staying Chic and Shopping Smart

When I want to remember why I am doing what I am doing and join the cause for creating healthier, happier people through clean, whole, nutrient dense foods I read my staples:

Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon

Healing with Whole Foods by Paul Pitchford

Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A. Price
