Wondering where to start? These 3 baby steps will get started, or back on track, with the Eat-Clean® lifestyle TODAY!

1. Set yourself up for success, mentally. It is important to treat yourself every now and then – a glass of champagne to celebrate a milestone or a piece of birthday cake, for example – so don’t beat yourself up for indulging here and there! A positive mindset will get you started and keep you going as you commit to an Eat-Clean® life.

2. Say goodbye to processed foods! The Eat-Clean® Revolution is all about celebrating and consuming foods from the earth. By avoiding Franken-foods, you save yourself from unnecessary additives and additional sugars, which can wreak havoc on your mind and body. Don’t be fooled – living without processed foods does not mean complicated or time-consuming meal planning and cooking. There are so many quick and delicious breakfast and dinner recipes on my site that I know you and your family will love!

3. Hydrate! Would you believe that the leading nutritional deficiency in North America is dehydration? Our bodies are made up of about 60% water so it is essential to stay hydrated! Many times when people think they’re hungry, they are actually experiencing thirst. Increase your water intake and I promise you will feel amazing! Aim for eight 12oz glasses per day to begin (more if you exercise a lot). Keep things interesting by infusing your water with lemon, berries, herbs or cucumber!
